  3. Help someone setup or cleanup
  4. High five at least 6 different people during class (between tracks)
  5. Answer an instructor question posed during class out loud
  6. Check your form during 3 tracks when instructor cues to do so
  7. Actively listen to at least 3 track introductions
  8. Add in shouts of excitement throughout a track ("woo hoos," etc.)

  10. Focus on getting back knee to bench height throughout the lunge track
