Share a win in the Wins slack channel five days in a row (max. one per day)
REST, do something alone that you enjoy that doesn’t involve “being productive” for an hour (one time) and share about your experience in the Bingo slack channel
Put your phone away 30 minutes before intentionally falling asleep 2 nights in a row
Look at yourself in the mirror (naked is preferred but I know that can be a lot, so it’s not a requirement) and tell yourself at LEAST ten things you like about yourself that have nothing to do with how you look or how much you weigh. Repeat each
Dance to your favorite music for at least one song, and share about your experience in the bingo slack channel
Silence any phone notifications that you’ve been receiving that you don’t need to have popping up on your screen. Other option is to unsubscribe from emails you don’t actually need anymore! Send a reflection of how you feel after you’re done in
