Family adventure. Go for a walk and play I-spy.
Try and sprint from one end of your street to the other. Have someone time you.
Animal charades. Try moving around your house like a snake, chicken, horse, dog and an animal of your choice. See if anyone can guess what you are.
Attached at the hip. Place a ball between you and your partner’s hips. Try and walk across the room without letting the ball drop.

Indoor bowling. Set up ten objects and practice your bowling skills.

Practice walking at different paces- running, skipping, hopping, galloping, leaping and sliding in different directions.

Do 10 frog jumps, 10 sit-ups, 10 pushups and 10 second superman pose. Try to do this ten times throughout the day.
