This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: fingers, toes, nose, ears, cheeks and chin, rewarm area with warm (not hot) water or breath on it and hold close, medications that constrict your blood vessels, avoid rewarming then re-exposing to cold, this can cause worse damage, affects dermis, epidermis, and fatty tissue, may blister, do not use direct heat to rewarm skin (fires, radiators, etc), get out of the cold, irritates the skin, let area dry, rubbing can cause tissue damage, if skin is turning hard, white or black, or has lost feeling, involves all layers of the skin and causes permanent tissue damage., put dressing between toes and avoid walking, wind chill, irritates the skin, causing redness, prickling and a cold feeling followed by numbness, 1st layer allows skin to breathe, ice crystals form, damaging cells and blood vessels, increase hydration/calorie intake, change clothing out of cold/wet clothes, keep entire body covered when going outside in cold, layer clothing, 2nd layer absorbs sweat and is windproof, wrap with sterile dressing, keep dry, rewarm twice a day, hypothermia and shivering, slurred speech, weak pulse, shallow breathing.
