This bingo card has 24 images, a free space and 24 words: Camp out in your backyard, Go for a 30 minute walk or hike without any technology, Do a “dude perfect” type trick shot at home, Take a picture of 3 of your favorite places near your home, Stretch/ foam roll for 5 days in a week for at least 10 minutes each, Hike 2 miles in nature in one day, Show support for a local business (ex: thank you sign, buying goods, positive review, donation), Send 5 handwritten thank you notes to people you are grateful for, Post a 30 second clip of you practicing a lacrosse skill, Complete this workout 2x a week: 30 pushups, 40 sit-ups, 50 squats, 60 second plank, Tie dye a shirt, Go for a 30-minute bike ride or run, Stitch together a virtual passing video with each member of your team, Read a book, bonus points if you read outside, Wash your mom or dads car inside and out, Accumulate as many burpees as a team throughout the challenge.
