This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: walk on releve (tip toes) for two minutes, practice one of the dances you learned (can be from any week)!, explain to someone what it means to be determined, read for 15 minutes, smile, perform one of the dances FULL OUT :), do 15 sit ups, do something that makes you happy, drink 16 oz of water, turn on some music and do some improv (free style dance), make someone laugh, eat some fruits and/or vegetables, do 20 Jumping Jacks, practice being determined, do 5 burpees, teach someone how to do a three step turn, email instructors something you really enjoyed this week and something you would change, take 10 deep breaths, hold a pike stretch for one minute, help with a chore around the house, create your own tik tok move, do 10 Pas de Bourrees (back, side, step), keep moving and grooving while playing your favorite song and give a compliment to three different people (can be over the phone)!.
