PT doesn't need a retraining, PSR: "How do I get into the V-trick?", "I've done all that already!" But you have them do it and it resolves the problem, "I'm an engineer", TM: "I just spoke with the PT. Can you call them?", "15%, 20%, 28%, 34%, 42%...", Got an email that there are calls in queue, "I don't need to wear it, I feel fine", You get a call near the end of your shift that takes you beyond your shift, Field rep calls and dumps too much info at once - Word Vomit, "But the clips in the front are closed", Caller calls you by the wrong name, "Malfunctioning", "I hate this stupid thing", "Vestus", Call lasts more than 45 minutes, "Electroids", You repeated yourself at least 4x during the call, TSL answers your question by asking something you already provided, "Daughter" spelled wrong on the PA, PSR: "I've been doing this for years", More than 7 calls in queue and TV is louder than the PT.
