This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: put hand in boiling water, put fork in toasted/other electrical appliance, microwaves metal, put hand in hot pan, doesn't know how to properly use a knife, approaches wild animals casually (should have rabies by now), bitten by wild animal, went outside and underestimated the cold, went outside underestimated the heat, Swallowed chewable pills/medicine, constantly covered in bruises, no spatial awareness so bump into things, spontaneously wakes up with scratches, punched something and hurt yourself, broken a bone (preventable situation), pretending to hit something and actually hit it (it hurt), kicked snow and turned out to be ice and hurt, lost many teeth via violent methods, preventable concussion(s), tripped on something you were aware of, stuck things in mouth, ears, noise, etc. that that to be removed by a doctor, ate inedible things and had to call poison control, knowingly ate something allergic to and hurt yourself from clapping hands too hard.
