This bingo card has a free space and 32 words: Unreasonably angry caller, horrific audio quality, random background shouting, caller fixes their own problem, caller actually knows Customer ID, Flabbers gasted; bams boozled, caller gets another person on the line, get knee-deep in ATS/CS/RV only to find out it's a PQ transfer, Even the SME is stumped for a bit, call accidentally or randomly drops, caller hangs up before fixing the issue, THEY put YOU on hold, Security questions failed, they ask US to call the payer (or anyone really), transfer to PQ, "Wait aren't you [insert payer]?!", "I'm not a tech person / I'm a technophobe", caller wants to view claim without a user ID, a dog or other animal is audible, "No other [company] makes me do this!", "I've never had a problem with this before", "I've been doing this for [number] years with no issues", "I'm calling from provider's office", "My name is [generic first name] [generic last name or just the initial]", Caller dialed wrong number; somehow thats your fault, someone is talking off-mic who probably doesn't think they can be heard, agonizingly long/uncooperative call, thought of something additional you could've done right AFTER the call ends, constant background ringing/droning, someone starts swearing, off-topic rambling and Caller calls EoBs (or similar term) by some other weird name.
