This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: won't answer phone, reset password and forgot it already, actually an ops ticket, an office needs help - no office specified, 2 tickets on same issue in 24 hours, not responding to ticket, Office "tried to fix it" first and its worse, actually an HR issue, computer issues - does not say which computer, requestor is a non-DCA email, nobody knows who put the ticket in, caused by wrong default program/file type, computer problems - and doesn't say what the problems are, problem is the computer has an i3, 4GB ram, HDD, high priority but now is not a good time to talk, "need shortcut placed on desktop", actually an accounting issue, one of the printers isn't working - no info on which printer, should have been 2 or more separate tickets, low priority but requests updates every 1 or 2 hours, can't access thing they shouldn't access anyway, actually us but submitted to someone else first, new ticket asking for update on already existing ticket and ticket re-opened for unrelated issue.
