This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: User needs to be unlocked, Network Drives need to be reset, Tells user to restart and that fixes issue, User puts one problem for ticket but has 3 more in person, User suggests solution to problem....and is right, Remote in and user is doing something they shouldnt, "I tried to do that" goes to user, does it again and it works, My audio isnt working...never looked at audio settings before submitting ticket, Comes to see IT instead of Ticket, Puts ticket in wrong category, Puts urgent....is it really?, Claims they need admin for consistent use.....checks logs, Leaves password under keyboard, Never responds to tickets, Asks Users if they tried recommended solution...users just says yes, but never did, "I don't know why it's slow...sees 43 chrome tabs, "Can you give me the wifi password, Has to ask when the last time they restarted PC, "Can you help me", Asks you about crypto and if you play computer games, Teams IT member problem instead of a ticket, Forgets what you showed them, Hates Apple and "hey d365 is running slow".
