This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: “have you tried not thinking that way”?, tries to diagnose you (incorrectly) in the first few sessions, “you’re just overthinking” when talking about a real issue you struggle with, gets aggressive if you set boundaries or disagree with something, each session is “let’s address that next time” for the same problem, only focuses on surface problem-solving (meditate. yoga. breathing techniques), rants to you about their problems, “have you heard of fight-or-flight?” (you’ve had an anxiety disorder for years), doesn’t understand why you want a diagnosis for something that fully affects your life, thinks it’s just some anxiety or depression (it’s not), says “you don’t seem like you have xyz” while disregarding your symptoms, interrupts you repeatedly, thinks you cannot have a specific disorder because you are afab or amab, demeans your efforts, claims to have experience in your disorder; knows nothing about it, doesn’t address any of your main concerns, dismisses or invalidates your problems, “just build routines”, “everyone is a bit [xyz]”, look of disgust when you share things you struggle with (hygiene, work, etc)., says they practice “CBT” and then the only thing they do is tell you to think positively, comes late to each session, “try sleeping better” and rushes to end the session with 10+ minutes left.
