This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: say something nice to someone, meditate for 15 minutes, stare at the wall for 5 minutes, do a set of calisthenics, no electronics for the first half of the day, no wifi morning (until 12PM), do three items on your side quest list (consecutively), read a chapter of a book, take on a sewing project (no matter how small, it counts), bed by 9pm, asleep by 11pm, declutter one area, sunbath for at least 30 minutes, dance/exercise, do an everything shower, delete 10 items from your digital devices, get a job, dedicated prayer on your own, do a random journal entry (voice), do a random journal entry (written/analog), do a random journal entry (digital/notion), send out 10 cvs/resume (no matter what form: email, physical, site), be kind to someone for the rest of the day (yourself counts!), progress on the personal curriculum and be innovative/creative/let loose.
