This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: "I haven't had my coffee yet", Issue resolved itself, "I don't have time for this", "Was there an update?", User calls in for an update on something they can check on their own, "Everything is just so slow today", "Is the VPN broken today?", User rambles on about their personal life, "Sorry I am not a technical person", User refuses/fails to follow directions, User generates multiple tickets for 1 issue, User goes to you directly instead of creating a ticket, User incorrectly describes their issue, "Hey I have this other issue if you can help with that", User reopened old ticket instead of creating a new one, "Guess the computer is still waking up", This issue is priority, Calls in long existing issue for the first time, User walks away while you are working their issue, User calls the wrong department, User does any bodily function on a call, User negligence causes an issue, "Guess you just have the magic touch" and "I am just sooo dumb".
