This bingo card has 30 words: AR already created RMA's for belt/monitor, PDQ has "No" checked off - then notes say "unsure", First call is a Spanish call, PT not wearing but almost whole PDQ is filled out, Someone calls you directly to do a Spanish task or "favor", A death could have been closed but has been left open, TS calls to ask if they can close out a death - they missed 3+ things, "You don't speak Spanish do you?", TSL sends death backlog when it's not your death day, Email provides no death info whatsoever - neither does PDQ, You screamed, PT's COD or hospital spelled entirely wrong, Someone receives PDQ call back - doesn't ask all/any PDQ, More than 30 death emails, Ju speaky panich?, You have to interpret the entire PSR visit, TS sends Spanish email AND calls queue - not critical, TS creates death CCR - doesn't RMA belt/monitor, TS does not get interpreter - sends email instead, PDQ/email do not include important info that AR notes do, PSR calls and asks us to call PT in Spanish to set up ETA, Another dept asks “Can’t you just stay on the line?”, TS makes Spanish request – PT does not speak Spanish or even have Hispanic name, You cried, TS notified about death – weeks or more after AR found out, Family member yells at you for calling (death), AR reaches out and doesn't ask PDQ – especially after **PDQ** note, Call comes through Spanish queue - English, Alt snaps about equipment before you can explain why you’re calling and 3 or more attempts failed to reach someone at a PR hospital.
