PPS T1 Wellness Bingo

This bingo card has a free space and 34 words: Have a coffee with someone you don't know well, Take a photo with more then 2 other people in your team, Give a thank you note to someone, Do a random act of kindness, Do a wellness breathing / regulation exercise and then teach it, Do a yoga/soft movement activity in class, Do an underground Spirit week, Decorate a different staff members desk to encourage and awesome day, Have an outside classroom day/session, Do a writing Gratitude activity for a week straight, Make someone laugh on purpose, Drink 2 bottles of water everyday for 2 weeks straight, Participate in something creative with your students, Share your top 5 memes to your team, Do something kind for school support staff, hi-5 5 people over a week, Share a Joyful moment with your team, Do a Challenge for the whole term ( think something like 75 hard or a reading challenge), Do 1 new hobby for the term and show the results, Get a coffee ,tea or soda drink for someone else, wear a silly hat 3 different times in a term, Go somewhere you haven't been before local to you ( a different shop or park), Do an activity or game you loved to do as a kid, Have a "whimsy day" 2 different times in a term and get at least 1 other staff member involved, Grow a plant for the term, do something selfless to help someone else, make something and gift it to someone else, try to create 2 new wellbeing habits within the term, Go visit a friend or loved one you don't see often and create a special memory with them, Go see a show or play and tell 2 people at work about it, go cloud watching or star gazing and talk about it, share 1 wellbeing resource with your team in a term, Give something up for the term ( coffee, alcohol) and Go find a new community group to try for a term (community committees , church groups, girl guides or scouts, sports).
