Try and make your body look like every letter in the alphabet., Underhand toss. Practice throwing a small object into an empty basket or box. Each time you make it in, take a step back., During a commercial break take a stroll around your house. Still on a break? speed walk or gallop., Partner challenge. Sit back to back with a partner and link arms. Try to stand up without unlinking arms., Clap and catch. Throw a soft object into the air. See how many times you can clap before you catch it., Star jumps. Jump with your arms and legs spread like a start. Do 10 ten, rest and repeat., Wake and shake. As soon as you get out of bed shake your body for 10 seconds. Up now? Then jump up and down 10 times. Try this every morning., Pick three yoga poses. Hold each pose for thirty seconds., Grab a partner and choose three of your favorite songs and dance to them., High knees for thirty seconds and then stretch a body part for thirty second. Repeat stretching a new body part each time., Skip 25 times, jump 25 times, left knees 25 times, walk backwards for 25 steps., Bundle up and take a 10 minute walk outside with family. Too cold? Walk around your house and stop in each room and do 10 each of a different exercise., Balance. Stand on your left leg and slowly lift your right leg behind you. See if you can bend over and touch your left toes. Repeat standing with your right leg., Core challenge. Plank for 10 seconds and then 10 sit ups. See how many sets you can do., Try and complete 10 sets of 10 jumping jacks. Can’t do it all at once, try and complete it throughout the day., Cover your cough and sneeze with your elbow., Wash your hands before and after eating, after using the bathroom and after playing outside., Eat breakfast every day., Get a full night’s rest every night., Take a break from your electronics. At least 15 minutes for every hour of use., Run in place for 1 minute and then do ten pushups. Try and repeat 10 tens throughout the day., Try a new fruit and vegetable.
