GRACE

This bingo card has a free space and 44 words: played games with someone 3 times this week, went a whole day without complaining, filled out my Self-Check In Log for 5 days, I took a shower each day, 20 minutes of yoga or stretching, reached out for help instead of giving into a craving, colored a whole picture, read for 30 minutes, took my medicine on time the last 7 days, prepared dinner for 4 days, wrote down 3 positive things every night for 5 days, told someone I was thankful for them, walked outside for 30 minutes, cleaned a room, completed a project, drank 8 glasses of water in a day, followed a sleep routine for 5 days, ate fruits & vegetables for 5 days, tried a new activity, attended a Peer360 meeting, talked to a friend for 30 minutes, listened to music for 1 hour, walked around room during commercials, used an alternative way to manage my pain, colored for 15 minutes, worked on a creative project for an hour, followed a sleep routine for 3 days, attended 2 Peer360 meetings this week, showered & dressed by 9 am for 4 days, did a puzzle, ate breakfast for 7 days, prepared dinner for 7 days, went to sleep by 10 pm, slept at least 6-8 hours in a night, asked my OT about ways to manage pain, asked my OT about how to create a sleep routine, asked my OT or nutritionist ways to eat healthier, walked outside for 20 minutes for 5 days, wrote down my frustration in my log, taught something to someone else, paid my bills on time this week, was on time for my GRACE appointments, exercised for 20 minutes for 3 days and volunteered but still kept 6 ft distance.
