This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: no after-dinner feedings, limit screen time to 2 hours per day or less, increase fresh fruit and vegetables to 5 servings a day, use balsamic vinegar as a dressing or veggie dip, use a smaller plate, spend 20 minutes a day outside, fill half of your plate with veggies, 1/4 of the plate with a protein (meat, fish, beans), and 1/4 of the plate with a starch (bread, rice, noodles)., have a healthy after school snack, sleep at least 8 hours a night, do crazy fast dancing during commercials, have breakfast, add handfuls of spinach, kale to smoothies, drink nonfat milk (3 cups a day), make a list of the fruits and vegetables you like to eat, eliminate sugary drinks (sodas and fruit juices), do not eat or drink (unless water) while watching TV, drink enough water - this should be 1/2 of your weight in ounces of water or other drink per day, have a daily BM, eat brussel sprouts (small ones are sweeter), brush after meals and floss daily, fall in love with raw veggies, increase vigorous physical activity to one hour per day or more, take a packed lunch to school twice a week and leave 4 hours between means.
