This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: no after-dinner eating, limit tv to 2 hours per day or less, increase fresh fruit and vegetables to 5 servings a day, add fruit to non-fat plain yogurt, use a smaller plate, spend 20 minutes a day outside, fill half of your plate with veggies, 1/4 of the plate with a protein (meat, fish, beans), and 1/4 of the plate with a starch (bread, rice, noodles)., have a healthy after school snack, sleep at least 8 hours a night, do crazy fast dancing during commercials, have breakfast, try a new fruit, drink nonfat milk (3 cups a day), make a list of the fruits and vegetables you like to eat, eliminate sugary drinks (sodas and fruit juices), do not eat or drink (unless water) while watching TV, drink enough water - this should be 1/2 of your weight in ounces of water or other drink per day, have a daily BM, eat brussel sprouts (small ones are sweeter), brush after meals and floss daily, try a new vegetable, increase physical activity to one hour per day or more, take a packed lunch to school twice a week and leave 4 hours between meals.
