This bingo card has 25 words: drank 4-6 glasses of water in a day, went for a walk, attended a community event or volunteered, took time to enjoy the beauty of the season, worked on something creative that made me happy, met with a friend for a long lunch or dinner, left work at a decent time for a whole week, repeated a positive affirmation at least 3 times, met with a group of friends, didn't take work home on the weekend, did a workout that got my heart rate up, rested when I did not feel well, picked priorities and let the little things slide, ate my favorite food and didn't feel guilty about it, enjoyed a bubble bath, face mask or hair mask, had a meaningful conversation with a friend or loved one, spent time outdoors in nature, read a book that wasn't about social work, meditated or took deep breaths when angry or overwhelmed, spent time OFF social media, blasted an upbeat song and danced, said "no" to something that didn't excite or serve me, took a break to stretch or do yoga, brought myself a "treat" (flowers, favorite beverage, etc.) and went to bed early when i needed more sleep.
