They must make the recipe, 10 min mobility/yoga/stretch, Brush and floss your teeth(no proof this on needed lol), 20 min work out with weights, Read for 10 min (scrolling Social Media doesn’t count!), Walk 20 mins, Gym selfie(at the gym-not home gym), 8K steps logged 3 times this week, Eat a veggie with 3 meals in a day, 10K steps, Post your breakfast, with calorie,protein, fiber info, 30 sec Plank 20 squats10 high knees, Snack today must include protein and fiber (atleast 2g of each), 3L of water, 110g Protein day, Swim 20 minutes, 5K steps AND a picture with a green car, Eat one veggie, 15 min body weight work out, 20 min work out video, 10 min dance (can be work out of just moving to the music), Video post in the group(not sharing a video), 12oz water before coffee or breakfast and 10 min mobility/yoga/stretch.
