This bingo card has 25 words: go on a hike to someplace you’ve never been before, write a positive online review for a local business or entrepreneur you care about, find 5 items in your home to donate and donate them, practice 30 minutes or more of yoga at home, drive to town in silence and take the opportunity to appreciate the surrounding beauty, sit in meditation for 10 minutes first thing in the morning, spend 30 minutes creatively expressing yourself (draw, dance, sing, write…), say something kind (and genuine) to a stranger, organize that “junk drawer” or complete that “forgotten project”, say a sincere prayer, give yourself a foot massage, substitute a snack or meal with a real juice (we recommend Nectar Juice Bar at Whole Life Market), go the whole day without looking at social media, start your day with saying a positive affirmation out loud 10x, write a journal entry about something(s) you are grateful for today, take a relaxing soak in a bath, go to a yoga class, give yourself a leg and arm and torso massage, try a new and healthy technique in the kitchen (fermentation, soaking nuts, cooking an all vegetable meal..), make a small altar with objects or imagery that bring you joy and motivation right now, substitute a glass of wine for a big glass of water or herbal tea, spend one day fasting (this can be a juice fast, kitchari fast, fruit-nuts-milk fast, etc..), try oil pulling, spend one hour in intentional silence and take time to call a friend or family member whom you haven’t spoken with in awhile.
